The ADINVEST Europe aisbl (Association Internationale Sans But Lucratif - International Not for Profit Association) was created in 2014 and its statutes have been approved by Royal deed on the 22nd February 2015 and published in the Official Journal on the 30th March 2019.
The objectives of the aisbl are to:
- Promote links, cooperation and exchanges between the various socio-economic and civil society actors in the countries and regions of the European Union and its international partners, in the context of business financing, particularly (Very) Small or Medium Enterprises and Industries, and societal development. The context of the targeted financing framework is mainly to extend and develop know-how, an industrial/business model, or to support the development of a new activity and its implementation.
- Encourage actions related to development financing between these different actors, as well as the practical accompaniment of these actions on the ground beyond financing in order to strengthen the chances of success through the implementation of resources appropriate to each entrepreneurial and societal context.
- Support actions of education, training, transfer of knowledge and know-how, knowledge management and development, up to the establishment of training curricula leading to a diploma or not, or even a virtual higher education structure, as well as all actions relating to certification, recognition of levels or those linked to the development of training institutions and their management systems through quality (including qualifying approaches or labelling of the different actors in the chain of these entrepreneurial and societal developments outside the traditional education systems).
- Set up a representative and non-discriminatory forum or observatory to promote the effective interaction of its members around a common objective of studying, developing and deploying solutions in reference sectors where appropriate;
- Offer strategic, technological, leadership and possibly resources assistance to operators or prescribers of projects or cooperation programmes, including the implementation of collaborative, participative and/or remote solutions, as well as good practice in quality approaches at all levels.
- Support members in their cooperation and development activities.
- Support members and their networks in the valorisation and dissemination of the results of their cooperation activities.
